//Eheschließung oder Lebensgemeinschaft//

Die Gemeindeverwaltung von Moos lädt alle Interessierten herzlich zum Vortrag mit Dr. Julia Unterberger am Dienstag,  den 20. März,  um 19.30 Uhr,  im Vereinshaus von Moos ein. Diese Entscheidung wird von einem Paar aus verschiedensten Gründen getroffen.

Leider wird die wichtigste Frage nach den rechtlichen Konsequenzen häufig außer Acht gelassen. Der Vortrag stellt die beiden Modelle des Zusammenlebens gegenüber und gibt Aufschluss über Vor- und Nachteile.
Dabei wird vor allem auf Gütergemeinschaft und Gütertrennung,  Tod des Partners sowie Trennung und Scheidung eingegangen. Frauen sollen lernen,  rechtliche Entscheidungen bewusst zu treffen,  damit sie nicht eines Tages böse Überraschungen erleben.
