Die körperliche und psychosoziale Entwicklung vom „großen Kind“ zum Mädchen bis hin zur jungen Frau ist wohl eine der größten Herausforderungen im Leben einer Frau und mit vielen Fragen und Unsicher­heiten begleitet. Welche körperlichen und psychischen Veränderungen treten zu welchem Zeitpunkt auf und was ist normal und was nicht? Wie begleite ich meine Tochter in dieser Lebensphase des Erwachsenwerdens und wie kläre ich sie auf? Praktische Tipps zum Umgang mit der Menstruation, Regelschmerz und den zyklusabhängigen Veränderungen. Wie kläre ich meine Tochter auf, wie kann sie sich vor einer ungewollten Schwangerschaft schützen und wie kann sie sexuell übertragbare Erkrankungen vermeiden?
In diesem Vortrag werden viele Fragen bezüglich Frauwerden, Frausein und Sexualität beantwortet, Unsicherheiten und Fehlinformationen aus dem Wege geräumt und Tipps für den Alltag gegeben.
